FAQ
How does ordering work?
Choose your ornament, fill in its details and add it to your cart. Add as many as you like, then check out once and pay securely. I’ll reach out within 1 business day to confirm everything and answer any questions. Every ornament is painted to order, just for you.
How do I pay?
Securely at checkout through Stripe, with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You’ll get an email receipt right away. For custom commissions, I’ll send a quote and a secure payment link instead.
What kind of photo should I send?
Clear, straightforward shots of your home or venue as you’d like it painted, in good daylight. Please no people or figures. After you order, simply text them to me at 530-966-2158 or reply to your order email with them attached.
What if my photo won’t work?
All photos are subject to approval. If I can’t paint from yours, I’ll ask for another. If we can’t find one that works, I’ll refund your order in full.
How long does it take?
Ornaments are painted and shipped within about two weeks of your order, plus shipping time. Orders placed by December 5 will arrive in time for Christmas.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Pickup is free in Alpharetta, Roswell or Woodstock. Choose pickup on the order form and I’ll arrange a time with you.
Can I return a custom ornament?
Because each ornament is personalized and painted to order, custom pieces are final sale. Originals are one of a kind and are also final sale.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every ornament is carefully packed, but if yours arrives broken, email me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.
